Hybrid Workshops


We offer onboarding workshops that introduce selected employees of a company to our tool. The aim is to increase participants' awareness and skills for fair and productive communication in the working environment. Interactive, digital and playful elements are used to sensitise participants and enable them to apply what they have learned in their day-to-day work. We teach how to use our A.I.-based tools and provide an outlook on possible follow-up workshops - adapted to the individual needs of the team. 

In a pilot project with the DHL Hub Leipzig and the R42 Accelerator, TrustBox was tested with emerging professionals in one of Germany’s most complex logistics environments.

What we learned:

  • 💬 Awareness is there – but conversation is missing.
    Employees feel stress but lack a safe space to talk. TrustBox opened a channel for anonymous, meaningful reflection.
  • 📉 Silent strain leads to costly consequences.
    Emotional overload, conflict and misunderstanding were quietly building up – with TrustBox, users reported greater clarity, calm and readiness for dialogue.
  • 🧠 Users asked for more.
    Feedback showed a desire for deeper emotional support, personalized interaction and conversation formats tailored to context and depth.

What this shows:
TrustBox enables a low-threshold, scalable way to detect and address stress early – even in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Liza Reichardt
is the founder and CEO of TrustBox. Liza has worked, among other roles, as a mentor for the communication department of the medical faculty at the University of Düsseldorf and as an anti-violence trainer. For TrustBox she is responsible for the project management, strategy and corporate partnerships.

Arndt Schwering-Sohnrey
is the founder and CTO of TrustBox. With many years of experience in the startup scene and deep expertise in the field of artificial intelligence, he develops innovative solutions for resilience and conflict management in the workplace. 

Vincent Stoios
is an social scientist with economic expertise. For TrustBox he has focused on business development with a focus on socially driven strategy development.

Franziska Knöpfel

tudied design at the Bauhaus University in Dessau. She conceives the design and  layout for the trustbox.

Anna Kanitz
is our psychologist (M.A.) with a focus on systems psychology and artistic research. For TrustBox she accompanies the human-machine interface and reflects on it with practical ideas on interventions and methods.

s a coder and provides technical support in the development of TrustBox. Tim's  passion for digital solutions blends beautifully with creative front-end development. 


Silvia Oviedo
specialises in machine learning and NLP.  For TrustBox, she advises us especially on the responsible use of AI and the development of our software.

is our Social Media Creative. As a Social Scientist Fiona is always aiming for deep research and combines it with our storytelling.

 is responsible for ensuring that all TrustBox processes meet the highest standards of data privacy. Her focus lies on providing expert guidance for GDPR compliance across our digital services.
